Abstract

This research develops a model for improving the quality of household services through the
development of a digital platform-based cluster system. The theoretical and methodological foundations for
implementing the “Digital Smart Services” concept in the context of the digital economy are examined. The study
proposes a digitalized cluster model of household services, a profitability calculation formula, and improved
mechanisms for payment systems. It analyzes how digital platforms, mobile payment systems, and smart metering
technologies contribute to enhancing service quality, increasing employment, and improving overall economic
efficiency.
